1. Returns Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Some products, such as personalized items, intimate wear, and gift cards, are non-returnable due to hygiene or other restrictions. Please check the product details for specific exclusions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  4. Ship the Item: Follow the provided instructions to send the item back. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
